A very fun wedding newspaper tabloid for my good friends

In February, I edited, designed and produced a print wedding newspaper for my friends' wedding in Philadelphia. The wedding was set in an old school building's gymnasium, so it definitely added to the vintage-ness of everything.
We had close friends and family (some who were current and retired journalists, some who were not) write stories for it. It had the sweetest elements of parody (a Hinge ad that said 'we wouldn't be here without our sponsors'), stories of genuine love and affection (advice columns from elder marrieds in attendance), and blurbs that illustrated the bride and groom as a couple and unique individuals (debate columns from the couple about following recipes or not that commented on broader humanity's need to sometimes follow rules and order.. or not). It was a special project to do for friends whom I originally met from working together at our university student newspaper, The Temple News.
It was 4-page 12 x 12in tabloid design that I adapted from Newspaper Club's tabloid template. We did an 80-batch run at Fireball Printing in Philadelphia.
